ABIS Mold was found in 1996 in Shenzhen, adjacent to HK, China. and we moved to Long gang
District in 2010.With the advanced facilities from Germany, Swiss and Japan, and a highly
experienced design and engineering team, ABIS builds multi-cavity molds to exacting tolerances,
providing the critical structural foundation for leading manufacturing companies to produce
high precision mold.
At ABIS, All new programs are entered into APQP as soon as the purchase order is received. A
team will be assigned to review all steps of the project from tool design through work cell
assignment, continuing on to the customer's first production run. Before mold building, Our
teams will evaluate your part deign to give you the proactive comments, such us Cooling,
Venting, Gating, Cavity/Core sticking concerns, Short Shot possibility, Thin steel conditions, etc.
also our engineers will assist in improving the part design and optimizing the mold design to
save your cost.
Our molding press machine ranges from 40T to 650T, 300+ molds capacity each year, and 70 %
are exported to Europe and North America. Post molding operations include: CNC Machining,
decorating, ultrasonic welding, silkscreen and assembly & insertion.
In addition to our plastic mold and molding specialties, we also can provide you the services
such us die casting, stamping /punching, blowing mold, as well as the secondary process.
Responsible for leading a team and managing the day-to-day activities in the safest and efficient method within Smith-Nephew sites to exceed customer expectations, communicating and building sustainable relationships with the customer to assess cost changes and selling opportunities as needed. Responsible for leading and developing a group of individuals in efforts to increase skill sets and shift talent throughout the organization as well as all activities associated within the customer site
• Ensure that equipment and human capital correlate with customer contract to properly maintain and manage budget • Work closely with the General Manager and other leadership members to plan and secure all resources necessary to complete the job • Adjust budget according to customer needs • Plan for both scheduled and unscheduled jobs through the proper utilization of human capital and equipment
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, clean, and in working conditions at all times • Develop an understanding of the customer manufacturing process to properly plan and complete jobs efficiently and safely • Proactively assess selling opportunities by understanding customer processes and communicating accordingly
Ensure all administrative duties are completed properly and on time such as timesheets, POs, etc. • Attend customer meetings as required to communicate financial status and activities occurring on site • Build relationships with all key customer representatives •
Control plastic injection mold cost through properly managing consumables, equipment, and human capital • Lead, coach, train, and support a group of employees • Identify and develop talent within the site team to move talent through the organization • Proactively assess safety opportunities to create a culture conducive to safety.
